On the Villas in Moraira web site we advertise privately owned properties all in Moraira and the surrounding area including El Portet and Pla del Mar Moraira. In addition to our own web site – www.villasinmoraira.com – we also have a presence on several other villa rental web sites and most importantly we are listed highly on Google search engine.

It all started ten years ago with just one villa (our own), this proved very successful, friends and family asked if they could add details of their properties to the web site.  At the start we dealt with all  enquiries and bookings, collection of payments etc on behalf of the property owners.  We now offer owners two options, they are:-

Option 1

Advertising Only (all enquiries sent direct to you).  You can upload and manage your own property details, we will provide you with an account name and password enabling you to access your web page at any time.  

Annual advertising cost - £100

 SPECIAL OFFER FOR NEW ADVERTISERS - First 12 months now £75.

Option 2

Villas in Moraira will manage bookings on your behalf,  from initial enquiry, collection of payments up to the guests arriving at your property.
