 30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of travel. Refundable security bond of 200 €. Prices include bed linen and towels, but not beach towels.Cleaning is included (we appreciate the villa to be left in good condition).

In particular, the owner cannot be held liable for the cancellation of any arrangements or for any issues relating to, or contributing towards, personal injury, illness or death. In respect of these matters, it is incumbent upon, and the responsibility of the customer to make all necessary and appropriate insurance arrangements.
