Top floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), 1 twin room and another full bathroom. There is air conditioning in the two main bedrooms and ample fans etc throughout. Large lounge and dining area with 42 inch tv with most english and sky channels inc sports and movies, dvd and cd. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. washing machine etc. beautifull open top terrace with beautiful sea views.

Internal staircase leading to the lower level: Further twin room with a full bathroom. There is also a large games/garden room that leads onto a covered terrace and the pool area.

EXTERNAL AREA

Private pool with lights for nighttime swimming, outside kitchen with barbeque, fridge etc. There are two areas for dining outside and the villa has ample sunbeds and chairs. The beautiful garden has lemon, fig, cherry and almond trees. There is outside lighting all around the villa and also off road parking.
