El Romeral is situated in the private urbanisation known as Pla
del Mar in the quiet cul de sac of Oceano Artico.
The villa is so close to all facilties and yet it seems hard
to appreciate the quietness and tranquillity of the location. Turn left
out of the villa and a brief walk to the town (more of a seaside
village).........turn right out
the villa and a 10 minute walk will get you to to the glorious bay of
El Portet.
Pla
del Mar is a mature quiet residential area that avoids the usual bustle
of tourists on holiday. The
villa is of traditional old Spanish origins but has been extensively
and tastefully modernised. The outside eating areas, quiet hideaways,
scorching sun traps and shaded resting places, all adjacent to the
private pool, make this villa an absolute delight.
During the summer
season weeks the 4th bedroom is included within our asking price so giving
guests 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Out of the main weeks the
Master Bedroom Suite can be made available. The Bedroom Suite comprises
king size double bed, with air conditioning, built in double wardrobe
and bedside units and drawers. An en suite bathroom complete with bath
and separate rounded luxury shower cubicle, glass vanitary unit. Double
patio doors open onto the balcony with commanding views of the sea,
Moraira bay and Calpe beyond. The balcony leads onto the solarium and
the downward spiral staircase leads to the pool and grounds.

with it's beaches, shops, numerous supurb restaurants., designer shops cafes, street and weekly markets.
New
for 2009. We decided to extend the villa to incorporate a first floor,
which was originally intended as our own lock away area. However a
number of our returning guests asked to see inside and really as a
result of them asking for the opportunity of bringing friends away we
decided to release the upstairs for all guests.

Accomodation

There are 3 main double bedrooms downstairs all with air conditioning nd l with built in wardrobes and cupboards with ample storage. The bedrooms comprise 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a (Jack and Jill bathroom with access from each bedroom - comprising of a double wash basin vanitory unit, bath, separate large shower cubicle & loo). A king sized double bedroom.
In addition there is a new upstairs master bedroom suite with luxurious king sized bed built in wardrobes and air conditioning. cViews towards the sea and Calpe rock and an en suite comprising glass vanity unit rounded shower cubicle and bath. Further twin shower cubicle bathroom. Fitted opening mosquito nets . Washing machine, hairdryers, iron all available.
Outside
Adjoining the courtyard is a large covered terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (10m x 4m), which can be heated out of season.
We are constantly
striving to maintain a high standard and each time we visit we
undertake further improvements. We have just come back from Spain and
have bought new outdoor furniture which includes 2 mosaic tables and
chairs which match the new outdoor sofa. which overlooks the pool We have recently undertaken a
major project to extend the terraces so that the upper terraces around
the pool are easily accessible from the large lower terrace giving a
far larger area around the pool for sunbeds etc..
Outdoor games are provided including table tennis darts outdoor chess badminton etc. which will keep you all amused.
Further secluded terraces adjacent to the pool. Outside pool shower, built in bbq area and solarium and balcony with views. Extensive covered and open seating and eating areas. The villa also boasts an attractive and well-stocked garden, and quiet reading and relaxing areas. Off road parking.
The quoted costs below are for the rental of the villa for up to six people for 3 bedrooms and eight people for 4 bedrooms and includes reasonable use of gas water and electricity, gas central heating and a wood-burning stove are available in winter. A discount is available for long winter lets. Cot and high chair hire available.

Booking Details
Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 6/8 people) iRENTAL COSTS - 2010/2011 - PER WEEK - SATURDAY TO SATURDAY n pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £200 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.
Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.
Linen/Towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover
