Perfect for a relaxing, peaceful holiday with or without the family. San Jaime is a prestigious residential area set around the famous "Golf Club Ifach" far enough away for peace and tranquillity but near enough to enjoy all of the facilities a modern Mediterranean resort has to offer. Casa Crystalle is on the edge of this, alone but not isolated. The perfect place to unwind and forget the rest of the world exists for a while, the perfect centre for golfing, walking, cycling or just sitting.With Calpe and its famous fish restaurants a ten minute drive away and Javea with its wide beaches and lively night life within ten miles.This beautiful detached villa is the perfect getaway for discerning holiday makers seeking exclusivity and a touch of luxury in one of the most unspoilt areas in Spain.Set on one level, three spacious bedrooms (one situated apart from main house overlooking the pool) giving an opportunity for individual space, this room has a king size, circular, rotating bed.

The Main part of the house has a modern well equipped kitchen with one fridge freezer and one spacious fridge so you won't run out of ice. A washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. A full size oven and hob in case you can't be bothered to visit one of the many cosmopolitan restaurants nearby.

A separate dining room for formal meals and two outside tables for alfresco dining. A Barbecue is provided for picnics by the pool and suitable safety picnic ware for out side use (glasses are not suitable in the pool area for obvious safety reasons).

The modern lounge is minimal in its décor, attractive, comfortable and without the nooks and crannies of some older Spanish properties, that can harbour grime, above all CLEAN, which we feel is the essential requirement when renting.

A wide screen Satellite TV with a DVD and CD player. Outside a large pool with Roman steps with a spacious sun bathing terrace that sees the sun all day from morning till night. There is also a secluded garden if you feel the need to sit quietly in the shade.

Bedroom number 1 with its own dressing area and spacious bathroom, overlooks the pool with a sea view in the distance which makes your first cup of coffee in bed a perfect start to what will be a perfect day and Holiday.

The second bedroom with twin beds is the smallest room at 12ft square with security shutters at the windows is ideal for children and has its own bathroom too.The third room we have already mentioned, with its own private access from the terrace.

Prices are inclusive of gas Electricity,Air conditioning. The Pool is cleaned

twice a week in the Summer months once a week in low season.

 

Clean linen and towels are charged extra on a weekly basis and will be changed (optional) mid term for two week lets.
