Villa Celeste, Moraira

A south facing detached villa with beautiful pool and surrounding terrace. Situated in a quiet, residential area yet only a few minutes walk from local shops and restaurants.

Accommodation consists of a comfortable lounge / dining room, recently refurbished, with digital TV package included, DVD player. This leads to 3 bedrooms, (2 doubles and 1 twin bedded room). One bedroom has en – suite facilities including shower. The other bedrooms share a further main bathroom, attractively tiled throughout. The fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, microwave etc. together with ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a garage available within the grounds and a new washing machine is provided for your use. A cot is available for a small additional fee.

Adjoining the front of the villa is a large covered naya (terrace) which overlooks the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The pool has the benefit of underwater lighting for use after dark or as a delightful setting for outdoor dining. The well maintained garden includes fruit trees and built-in barbecue. There is ample parking on the gated driveway.

The town centre of Moraira is just 5 minutes drive away and here you find blue flag beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all other amenities.

 

                          Rental Costs - 2010 - Per Week

July & August - £895
September - £725 

These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water. Bedding and towels for internal use are provided but we ask you to bring your own poolside/beach towels.

Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week and the villa is professionally cleaned at each changeover. Upon booking, 25% of the total cost is payable with the balance and refundable security deposit of £150 due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond is to cover any damage to property, contents and fittings and will be refundable to you after your departure and the safe reurn of the villa keys.

The villa is 'non smoking'.
