Accomodation

This beautiful spacious villa is set at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Three double bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the large pool area. Two en-suite bathrooms and a separate shower room.

It is elegantly furnished with all the facilities you could wish for. Air conditioning in each bedroom, satellite TV and a stereo system piped through to every room. Central heating in every room. Large living room and dining area leading to the naya (covered terrace).

Well equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc, breakfast bar. In the breakfast area just off the kitchen is a sofa bed for extra visitors. Washing machine and dryer in the utility area.

Outside

Three large terraces, an amazing African Gazebo and an outdoor Casita with BBQ, for those al-fresco meals. The plot is large and private and the gardens are beautifully landscaped with covered walkways, lawns, waterfall and pond etc and many exotic tropical plants make this a paradise.

A beautiful 10m x 6m private pool with roman steps and a circular poolside shower. Three large terraces with table and chairs, ample sun loungers, you can follow the sunshine from morning to night.

An open Casita (small house), with kitchen units, BBQ, fridge and music, is situated in the gardens with the stunning, grass roofed African Gazebo with bamboo blinds, table and chairs for those cool evening al-fresco meals.

The villa is 1.5 Kms from the sea, with a supermarket, bars and several restaurants nearby. Approximately, one hour’s drive from Alicante airport. A double carport, security alarm and a large security gate.

Villa Lindo has been furnished to the highest standard and we are sure it will enchant its visitors, who will want to return again and again to enjoy the beautiful villa and peaceful surroundings.

The pretty village of Moraira is close by, with its fishing port, Marina and a truly remarkable variety of restaurants and shops to please all tastes.

The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are only a few minutes drive, with Calpe 20 minutes and the theme park of Terra Mitica and Benidorm 30 minutes drive away. Golf, Tennis, Horse riding and Diving are available in or near Moraira.

Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 6/8 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure

The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels

Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover.
