Villa Arissa is a beautifully presented villa with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, private pool and amazing views
Location
The villa is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Moraira and within easy walking distance of a 2 large supermarkets and several smaller shops, together with some very good restaurants and bars.
The beaches tend to be small and there are several rocky coves in the area, although Moraira beach is long and sandy.
Calpe, Javea, Altea and Denia other nearby holiday resorts are all about 30 mins drive away. Benidorm is approx 45 mins drive away.
About the villa
The villa is not on a complex but stands in its own grounds. It has a good sized swimming pool with an outside shower. There is a large garden with several palm trees, making the pool area very private.
The fully fitted kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided should you wish to cater for yourselves.
The lounge/diner has 2 large sofas, dining table and 4 chairs, Sky TV, DVD player (good selection of DVD’s available), CD player and gas fire.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin – both air conditioned / heating option.
Bathroom with walk-in shower.
Large covered terrace area (Naya) with built-in barbecue, sufficient outdoor furniture, overlooking pool area.
Large private floodlit swimming pool (8m x 4m) with in-built Roman steps.
Outside there are four sun loungers, a large umbrella for poolside use, a tiled table and benches ideal for eating outside and an outside shower. The rear patio is also equipped with a table, four chairs and an umbrella.
Travel cot and bedding available.
The villa is strictly no smoking.
Linen/Towels
We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own pool/beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover.
Airports
Alicante airport is 60 mins away. Valencia airport is another option (75 mins away). Car hire is fairly reasonable, or we can arrange a pick up if you would prefer not to drive.

Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 3pm on the day of arrival.
Booking Details
Prices are for the rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate.
On booking, a deposit is required of 25% of the total rental cost.
The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £100 is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
(The security bond is to cover and damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and return of keys.)

“We arrived at the villa to find it well presented and adequately kitted out. There is a good choice of DVD’s and also good selection of books. The pool is terrific with the luxury of sun all day. The seating area round pool is brilliant for having meals. I would recommend the restaurant 5 minutes from the villa, called Meli Melo. The food, ambience and attentive staff were fabulous. There are 2 good shops close by for all requirements food or other items required. I can thoroughly recommend this villa for a holiday”
