Pequeña Tesoro (little treasure) is a beautifully presented luxury villa with two air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool.

Situated in a quiet area of Moraira, within 200 meters are a beach and rocky promontory (ideal for snorkeling), an excellent refined beach bar and restaurant, Café del Mar and a selection of boutiques.

The village of Moraira and other beaches are only a short car drive away, or a ten minute walk along the coastal path. Calpe, Javea, Altea and Denia, all other nearby holiday resorts, are about a half hours drive away. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are 60/75 minutes away.

There are no high rise buildings or large hotels in Moraira but a wide range of excellent restaurants, bars and designer boutiques to suit all tastes and occasions. There is also a beautiful Marina adjacent to the village centre and fish market.

The villa is all on one level with ample terracing and sun loungers. The very private Solarium (roof terrace), is accessed from an external spiral stair case. The view from here is spectacular.

 

Accomodation

The creative talent of the designers is self evident, and the presentation of the villa is superb.

There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds the other with a double bed. Both have new bathrooms, one en-suite. The latter also has separate access to and from the private pool and terrace area. The spacious living area is open planned with the air conditioned lounge and dining room merging with the well equipped kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, providing a welcoming and homely environment for everyone.

The furniture, soft furnishings and accessories have been tastefully selected and styled to provide that feeling of luxury. There is everything you need for four people and occasional guests.

The villa also offers a complete air conditioning system, with the options of heating or de-humidifying, ideal for hot summer nights or cozy winter evenings. Satellite television, DVD/CD player for your entertainment make this villa an all seasons retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. A washing machine is available within the en-suite bathroom.

Outside

The covered terrace area (Naya), with sun awning, is equipped with sufficient outdoor furniture for those al-fresco meals in the warm evening air.

The beautiful 10m x 5m private pool, with inbuilt Roman steps, slopes away gently to a depth of approximately 2 meters. Presented in a blue mosaic tile and operates virtually chlorine free, giving the water a unique gin clear sparkle.

Outside the garden has been extensively planted with many exotic trees and shrubs. A free standing BBQ is available. An automated watering system ensures a lush environment throughout the year.

For those who are security conscious, shutters and window grilles make the villa secure. Off road parking is available for two cars and the underground garage can be made available by special arrangement.

A cot and High Chair can be provided at a small extra charge. The nine hole golf course of Ifach is a five minute drive away with an eighteen hole course on the road to Javea a twenty minute drive away.

The above costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 4 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water.

Booking Details

Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure

The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels

Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover
