Vista Mar, Pla del Mar, Moraira

This two bedroom villa in Pla Del Mar, Moraira, is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Set in a peaceful residential area with its own Private Pool, Solarium, air conditioned bedrooms, views over the Marina and the Mediterranean.

The centre of Moraira, with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the sandy beach, is only 200 metres away.

The fully fitted kitchen contains an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided should you wish to cater for yourselves.

The lounge/diner has ample seating, coffee table, video, stereo/CD and UK television. There are two bedrooms: one double, the second twin-bedded, both with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom.

Under the covered porch is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Near the terracing, by the private pool is a built-in barbecue. Surrounding the pool is terracing for lazing upon on the sun loungers.

The theme park, Terra Mitica Park at Benidorm is within 30 minutes by car. The sandy cove of El Portet is within 2kms and the larger holiday towns of Javea and Calpe are within 15 minutes by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia, are approximately 95/125kms away. 

We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own pool side/beach towels. Clean laundry is provided (No maid service), each week. A cot can be supplied for a small surcharge, but we ask you to provide your own cot bedding. We can provide contacts for booking flights, travel insurance, taxi transfers or self-drive car hire. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any animals.

Ann and I have to thank you most sincerely for all the care and attention you gave to us from the initial booking of Vista Mar which made the holiday at Vista Mar the most enjoyable we have had in Moraira. The location of the villa was superb as was its furnishing and decoration.

Everything that one could have wanted in the villa was provided from a very much appreciated Welcome Pack through to very comfortable furnishings both inside and outside the villa and the weekly change of linen and towels. It was a pleasure to meet Yetty on the Saturday morning when she delivered the fresh linen.We are looking forward to being able to return to the villa in the near future and will certainly recommend it to our friends...

Booking Details

Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure

The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels

Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover
