Villa Pinar, Moraira

The villa is on one level entrancing either with five steps directly into the naya or just one step into the kitchen area.

The 10 x 5 metre pool with its large terracing area is enclosed in its own walled area with gazebo and can be overlooked from the Naya's dining area and veranda.

The villa is south facing and has a BBQ area situated near to the pool with several seating areas.

There are grapefruit, orange and lemon trees which guests are welcome to help themselves to when the fruit is in season.

For those visitors who prefer not to have full air conditioning, this villa has ceiling fans in
all bedrooms (3 twin and one single), lounge & naya areas together with just partial air
conditioning if required.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

There is English TV in the main lounge with CD player with a selection of reading books for guests in the second lounge.

There are two bathrooms i.e. one with bath, shower, wash basin loo & bidet and the other a separate shower room with wash basin & loo.

For winter season visitors this villa has central heating.

Within 300 yards there is a supermarket which carries a good range of produce, a Pizza/Pasta restaurant, German Bakery Newsagent, Taxi and car hire services, Café, Spanish Restaurant & Bars. Moraira town is just a 5 minute drive where you are on the coast with its beaches and Marina with its large choice of Restaurants

Standard bookings are from Saturday to Saturday
Midweek bookings may be available - please request if needed

Towels for use in the villa are provided but guests must bring their own for pool and beach use. Clean laundry is provided (no maid service) each week.

Access to the villa on day of arrival is after 16.00 and on the day of departure we ask guests to vacate the villa by 10.00. This is to enable the villa to be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
