Situated within 5 minutes walking distance of local shops, bars, supermarket, in a quiet and select area of Moraira. The town centre/harbour and beach are approximately 2kms/5 minute’s drive away and here you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars and other amenities.

• Accommodation consists of a comfortable lounge / dining room, furnished in a modern, stylish manner with digital TV package included, DVD player. This leads to 3 bedrooms, (2 doubles and 1 twin bedded room). One bedroom has en – suite facilities including shower. The other bedrooms share a further main bathroom with bath, shower, bidet etc., attractively tiled throughout.
• The fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, microwave etc.

• Adjoining the front of the villa is a large covered naya (terrace) which overlooks the 8 x 4 metre free - form swimming pool. The pool has the benefit of underwater lighting for use after dark or as a delightful setting for al fresco dining.

• The well maintained garden includes fruit trees and built-in barbecue.

These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide poolside/beach towels. Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week. We can provide contacts for booking flights, travel and insurance.
