Villa
La Marina is a very special villa located close to Moraira town,
in the exclusive and tranquil Pla Del Mar estate. Hidden behind
the white stonewalls and magnificent antique wooden gates lies
this beautifully decorated house, with its lovely gardens, palm
and olive trees and wonderful private pool area.
You
will love the interior decoration of typically Mediterranean design,
and enjoy having the choice of many different terraced areas to
meet your need for sun, semi-shade, and shade, in combination
with different views or in complete privacy.
Go
up the stairs to the eagle’s nest roof terrace and enjoy
the 180o panoramic views across the marina, over the bay towards
the dramatic Penon Ifach at Calpe, and then look right towards
the spectacular mountains. A great spot for sunbathing during
the day and then relaxing with a cool cocktail watching the sun
go down.
The
location is perfect. South west facing with fabulous sea and mountain
views, and only a 5 minute stroll down through the botanic walkway
to the town’s marina and many excellent restaurants, shops,
and bars or to the beautiful safe and sandy blue-flag award beach
at El Portet, with more waterfront dining.
The
spacious well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer,
washing machine, and microwave oven, with the adjoining open-plan
dining area to enjoy convivial meals with views out over the pool,
across the bay to the dramatic mountains beyond.

comfortable Sitting Room with large panoramic French windows that
open out on to the newly-extended terrace, with plenty of room
for dining or relaxing, with glorious Mediterranean views.
The
focal point of the Sitting Room is an attractive traditional white
finca-style fireplace, which is lovely to use when staying at
La Marina during the winter months.
There
is English satellite TV, a DVD player, as well as a CD stereo
system.

There
are four air-conditioned double/twin bedded bedrooms.
The
main bedroom has a large king-sized bed and there is space to
accommodate an additional single bed or cot if necessary. This
room has a large ensuite shower-room with sink and WC.
There
are two twin bedded bedrooms are adjacent to the main bathroom,
which has a bath (with shower), WC and washbasin.
The
new fourth bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower room with
basin, loo and bidet. This bedroom has direct access to the pool
terrace to allow our guests to get up in the morning and immediately
start their day with an invigorating and relaxing swim.
All
the bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.
The
attractive and well-designed garden allows maximum enjoyment of
the bougainvillea, jasmine, olives, oleanders, and many other
Mediterranean flora. It is a perfect place to read, relax and
enjoy alfresco barbecue dining.
The
mosaic-tiled pool has easy-access walk-in stairs, and enjoys total
privacy. The pool can be heated if required during spring and
autumn lets.
Villa
La Marina was improved and renovated during 2007, and guests have
all left many compliments in the owner’s guestbook about
this very popular property.

driveway allows plenty of safe off-road parking behind the impressive
antique gates.
Access
to the impressive antique-style Iberian front door is via a short
gentle flight of wide stone stairs.

Changeover
day for this villa is Saturday. .
The
quoted costs below are for the rental of the 4-bedroom villa for
up to eight people during the peak season, however during the
autumn and spring the cost shown assumes 3-bedroom villa rental.
(**). The 4th bedroom is available between November and March
as an optional extra. The price include reasonable use of gas,
water, air-conditioning and electricity. Central heating and Pool
Heating are available in winter on request. Cot and high chair
available on request at no cost.

We
provide all bedding and towels for internal use. Clean laundry
is supplied each week.
Poolside/beach towels are available for hire from our villa management
company.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any animals and the villa
is strictly non-smoking.
We
ask for the villa to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure
to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access
to the villa is available after 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
