| Villa Estilo , Moraira
Villa Estilo is within walking distance (approx. 750 metres) of the delightful town of Moraira town and its beach. Moraira is situated approximately 1.5 hours north of Alicante airport. This 3-bedroom villa has a private mature garden (1/4 acre), pool with air conditioning/heating and is set within a quiet residential area.
The pool (8 x 4 metre) is level and adjacent to the villa so is ideal for child supervision. Within the garden you will find an array of palm, orange and lemon trees with ample space for parking behind a secure wall and locked gate. Sunloungers, patio table and BBQ are all available in this secluded private (not looked over) garden and patio area.
Each double bedroom has wardrobes, air conditioning and fly screens on all windows. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The lounge area has TV, DVD and SAT TV (UK channels). The newly fitted kitchen has marble work tops, fan oven, gas hob, toaster and microwave and a utility room has washing machine, dishwasher and ironing board. The main bedroom, lounge and dining area all have French doors, which open to poolside. Outside an arched area is excellent for evening entertainment or shade during the day.

- Rental Costs - Per Week
These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. Pool/beach towels can be provided for a small additional cost. Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week. We can provide contacts for booking flights, travel and insurance. We are unable to accept any animals and the villa is non-smoking.
Access
to the villa on day of arrival is after 16.00, on the day of
departure we ask clients to vacate the villa by 10.00. This
is to enable the Management Team time to clean and prepare the
villa for incoming clients.
