Villa “ Tesoro Pequeño “ is a two bedroom two bathroom luxury villa recently completed after major refurbishment in the popular & modern style of ‘Mellini.

Situated in the select town of Moraira it is about an hours drive from Alicante and Valencia Airports. The house is in a very quiet road only 200 meters from a beach and rocky promontory - ideal for sun bathing and snorkeling. An excellent quiet and refined Beach Bar and Restaurant completes the scene.

Moraira town and other beaches are only a few minutes away by car or about 10 minutes walking via the cliff and beach path. Calpe, Javea, Altea and Denia are all within easy reach in about half an hour.

There are no high rise buildings or large hotels in Moraira. There is a wide range of excellent Restaurants, Bars and Designer Boutiques to suit all tastes, occasions and pockets.

The Villa is all on one level with the exception of the very private Solarium (roof terrace) accessed from an external spiral staircase. The view is spectacular.

The creative talents of the Designers tasked with maximising the potential of the house is self evident. There are 2 double Bedrooms one with twin beds, the other a double. Both have brand new bathrooms, one en – suite. The latter also has a separate access to and from the swimming pool terrace.

The Pool itself is 10 meters x 5 meters, sloping at one end to about 2 meters deep. It is in a blue mosaic tile and operates virtually chlorine free giving the water a unique gin clear sparkle.

The spacious living rooms are all based on an open plan theme with the lounge and dining areas merging with the modern well equipped kitchen and separated by a breakfast bar, providing a welcoming and homely environment for everyone. There is everything you need for 4 people and occasional guests. The furniture, soft furnishings and accessories are all new and have all been tastefully chosen and styled to provide a feeling of luxury throughout.

A complete air-conditioning system has been incorporated with heating and dehumidifying functions. Satellite television and DVD / CD player for your entertainment make this an all seasons retreat.

Outside, the gardens have also received detailed attention with the extensive planting of exotic trees and shrubs. An automatic watering system ensures a lush environment throughout the year. A high wall surrounds the entire property giving a great feeling of seclusion. For those who are security minded, shutters and window grills make the villa very secure.

Parking within the perimeter is available for 2 cars and the underground garage can be made available by special arrangement

Although no daily maid service is available, this essentially self catering holiday villa comes complete in every respect and includes a weekly change of bed linen & towels. We ask you to provide your own towels for beach and pool use. A cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. (An emergency contact number will be given to you should help be needed).

Booking Details
Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment maybe in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover
