La Brisa is a detached villa with private pool, tropical plants and sea views, situated in the prestigious and sought after area of PLA DEL MAR, Moraira.

Recently reformed and refurnished, now includes central heating. La Brisa is only a 5 minute walk (400 metres), to the town centre, beach, shops, bars and restaurants. 

This south facing villa is on one level and has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom also has twin beds with the option of a further bed on request. Main bathroom.

The lounge/dining room is well furnished with leather sofa and separate arm chairs, dining table with six chairs, central heating, ceiling fan, satellite television and DVD player.

The separate modern kitchen (refurbished May 2008), is fully equipped with every appliance required, including a dishwasher etc. (A washing machine is available in the utility room).

The large naya (covered terrace), with its original hand made tiles, three piece suite and dining area, over looks the private pool, sun terracing (with sun loungers and bbq), and Mediterranean Sea.

There is an under-build consisting of a fourth twin bedroom (only for use in the summer) and a shower-room, for a weekly supplement of 150 Euros. Utility room and store room.

The off road parking is at the front of the villa, on the same level as the house. This villa is ideal for holidays (both in the winter and the summer) as well as long winter lets.

The upmarket residential area of PLA DEL MAR, benefits from street lighting, well looked after roads, and also a tennis court. The golf course "Vista Ifach" is around 3 km.

Payment Terms - 30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of travel.
Refundable security bond of 200 Euros

Prices include bed linen and towels, but not beach towels. Cleaning is included (we appreciate the villa being left in good condition). Changeover day - Saturday to Saturday changeover in the peak season, flexible during the rest of the year.

Linen/Towels - Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned at changeover. Arrival/Departure - The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Liability - The owner cannot be held responsible for any arrangements or any issues relating to the rental of La Brisa, other than the quality of the goods and services provided. In particular, the owner cannot be held liable for the cancellation of any arrangements or for any issues relating to, or contributing towards, personal injury, illness or death. In respect of these matters, it is incumbent upon, any the responsibility of the customer to make all necessary and appropriate insurance arrangements.
