Booking Details 

Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment maybe in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond of £150  is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the apartment key.

Arrival/Departure 

The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the property to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the apartment is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels

Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover
