An indoor centrally heated Naya similar to a conservatory with sliding doors which has TV, DVD cane sofas and chairs great for either winter or summer. Also in this room is a sofa bed which makes the sleeping capacity up to 8 people.

Walking from here to the terrace, there are automatic awnings and a permanent child gate so children can't get to the pool unless you want them to.

The villa is centrally heated and double glazed. Two Garages and parking. There are a few steps up to the villa and down to the pool but the villa itself is on one level so good for mobile elderly.
