This beautiful detached Spanish villa is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking, and is yet just a short walk from a great variety off nearby restaurants, bars and supermarket. Moraira and beaches are a two minute drive away.
Accommodation
The villa is comfortably furnished and has a large lounge/diner with English TV, DVD and stereo. Dining room doors leading to a glazed naya (covered terrace). Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedded). each with en-suite shower room. Guest toilet/wash room. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. For the cooler evenings and winter there is a gas fire and central heating.
Special Note: The villa is strictly non-smoking.
External Area
Surrounding the private pool there is ample terracing with sun loungers, ideal when relaxing and enjoying the heat of the sun. BBQ and outdoor kitchen/come bar, including a fridge. Private roof terrace for sun worshippers and terraced gardens.

We stayed at Casa Llamedos from the 2/04/09 to the 16/04/09 and loved every minute , in our party were me, my wife, our 4 year old daughter and my parents. The villa is actually 3 bedroom which was a pleasant surprise as a spare room was opened up for us; complete with its own toilet and wash basin and was perfect for our daughter. This is the second time we have stayed near Moraira and felt we had to return after enjoying the first time so much. Once you arrive at the villa you might think you are a little isolated but once you have found your way around which doesn't take long, you will really love the place. The local taxi service is excellent and if you like walking, everything is in reach via pleasent walks. Within about a ten minute stroll you have all you need, supermarket, bars, David's chippy which is excellent, a bank and even an English owned pie shop. The villa itself is realy homely with all mod cons. Another surprise we had was the amount of land the villa stood in and the garden at the bottom was a heaven for our little girl where she played for hours. During our stay we hired a car for our second week and were able to venture a little further with ease. Calpe is only 10km away and Benidorm about 45km away but both are well worth a visit. I hope whoever stays at Casa Llamedos enjoys it as much as we did, we would without doubt return. Bye for now.
MORAIRA is a small Spanish town, with a beautiful marina, safe sandy beach and numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. There are several banks and market day is Friday. EL PORTET is a very attractive small cove with a safe sandy beach, backed by a couple of bars and restaurants, as there is no road passing through, there is very little traffic to disturb the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a small supermarket and pharmacy for immediate necessities.
THE AREA
The villa is about an hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports and is situated in what is known as the 'Golden Triangle', between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. There are a number of attractive resorts and bays along the coast. Inland there are some spectacular mountain roads and the beautiful Jalon valley to visit. Should you want the bright lights of Benidorm, its about 30 minutes drive away, with the 'Terra Mitica' theme park and Aqualandia Water Park are just on its outskirts. Booking Details
Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond of £150 is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.
Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.
Linen/Towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover outside our control.
