Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this semi-rural location, relax and unwind by the private pool. Javea and Arenal beach just 3 minutes by car. Moraira approximately 15 minutes.

La Colina is designed into two separate apartments, the top floor is unavailable, and would be un-occupied, locked and secured, it is the GROUND FLOOR ONLY that is for rental.

ACCOMMODATION
· Lounge/Diner with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV for use with video player only (no TV channels), stereo. Ceiling fan. Glazed doors opening on to pool area.
· Kitchen with fridge, microwave, Baby Belling cooker.

· 1 double bedroom, ceiling fan for those hot summer nights.
· Shower room.
Cot available for a small extra charge.

OUTSIDE
· Private kidney shape pool, internal steps.
· Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol.
· Barbecue
· Walled garden making this a very private location, with views to countryside.
· Car essential. Large drive for off road parking.
· Unfortunately we cannot accept any animals.

Rental prices - 2009 - Per Week
Flexible arrival/departure whenever possible

July & August - £450
September - £400

Sofa bed available for additional cost - £50 per week

Booking Details
Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 2people) in pounds sterling, payment maybe in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

The security bond of £150 is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels
Bed linen and towels for internal use are supplied. Pool/beach towels can be provided for a small additional cost. . Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover

We ask for client’s co-operation in ensuring vacation of the villa on the day of departure by 10.00 am to enable the villa to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the incoming clients. Access to the villa on the day of arrival is after 4.00p,m.
