Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and aircon. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, bedside table and lamp. Both have ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and storage space.
The main bathroom is tiled with bath, shower, wc and basin.

The self contained apartment has patio doors leading to the pool / terrace. Benefiting from hot and cold aircon, shower room, double bedroom and sofa bed.

Fully fitted kitchen area with café table and 4 chairs ……ideal for teenagers or grandparents.

BOOKING NOTES
Prices are for rental of the property per week in pounds, payment will be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking, a deposit is required of 20 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security bond of £200 is required in cash on arrival, this will be refunded into your bank account within 5 days after inspection at the end of the rental period. ( this is to cover any damage to the property contents and fittings).

CHANGEOVER DAY
We aim to be as accommodating as possible to your needs when booking your holiday and will do our best to suit your dates.
Villa available at 4pm on day of arrival, departure day at 10am (other times by prior arrangement)
Clean laundry, towels and linen are provided each week (maid service can be arranged upon request)

FACILITIES
All bath towels and bed linen are provided sufficient for your stay; please bring your own beach towels.
No pets and no smoking please.
Baby equipment hire on request.
Welcome pack available, price on request.

Reasonable use of air - conditioning is included - excess usage will be charged at local rate.

Within 40 mins drive are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, inc Terra Mitica, Aqualandia Water Park, as well as the historic Guadalest and the famous water falls.
