Lovely villa in a quiet lane, just a five minute gentle stroll from El Portet beach with its stunning views. Moraira is a fifteen minute walk along the coastal path; it has an extensive range of shops, restaurants and a weekly market.

Large dining room, sitting room, two air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. Newly fitted kitchen with cooker (ceramic hob), dishwasher, fridge, microwave etc. Spacious covered dining/barbeque area overlooking extensive terracing and the salt water pool. Pretty garden with several shady areas and colourful Mediterranean plants. Laundry room (usual appliances), plus Nordic ski and Pilates machines to work off any holiday excess! The villa is extremely well equipped with high quality furnishings, bedding and china. There are satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Central heating if you need it earlier in the year and a garage.

There is a local shop and several small restaurants on your doorstep; with these and Moraira so close a car is not a necessity unless you want to explore the local area.
