Top floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), 1 twin room and another full bathroom. There is air conditioning in the two main bedrooms and ample fans etc throughout. Large lounge and dining area with tv(some english channels) dvd and cd. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc. Glazed naya with beautiful sea views.
Internal staircase leading to the lower level: Further twin room with a full bathroom. There is also a large games/garden room that leads onto a covered
terrace and the pool area.

EXTERNAL AREA
Private pool with lights for nighttime swimming, outside kitchen with barbeque, fridge etc. There are two areas for dining outside and the villa has ample sunbeds and chairs. The beautiful garden has lemon, fig, cherry and almond trees. There is outside lighting all around the villa and also off road parking.
All prices quoted include linen and bathroom towels. (pool towels are not provided).

Deposits of 25% are taken on booking and the balance due 10 weeks before arrival date.
