Location, Location, Location and Refurbished for the season !! This beautiful villa is situated in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Moraira next to the beautiful Mediterranean coast. The town and marina, with its many fine and traditional restaurants are within an easy 5 minute stroll, as are the beaches of Moraira and the beautiful bay of El Portet with its beach cafes and restaurants, all being reached by the new coastal walkway.

The villa is on one level and accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms all being air-conditioned, if required it can be split into two self-contained units. Making this an ideal holiday choice for a family or for those who like to have their own space but still enjoy being on holiday with friends or relatives. The villa is only let to one vacationing party at any one time.

The 'Ibiza' has one twin bedroom, shower room, and a large feature living/dining room. A fully fitted kitchen with a combined gas/electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster and juicer are some of the electrical items on hand.

it has outstanding views across the bay and onto the Ilfach. For the sun worshippers a roof solarium offers a great tanning area and gives further spectacular views of Moraira bay and surrounding mountains, a wonderful spot to enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun go down!!

The 'Classic' has two bedrooms, one double opening out onto the sun terrace and a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with bath and shower, a newly installed fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge. The large lounge/dining room opens out onto the covered terrace with its dining area overlooking the pool and beautiful sea views.

The Villa has installed UK satellite Television with sports channels so you will not have to miss your favorite program or that important game....

The villa is surrounded by a mature garden planted with palms and many Mediterranean plants. The private walled swimming pool, terraces and sitting area offer the chance to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the wonderful sea and marina views.

A Spanish feature Bar-B-Q is available for your use as is a washroom with automatic washing machine; there is ample parking available both within the property and outside.

A welcome pack including a chilled bottle of cava, supplied by our management team will be in the villa on your arrival, their services are always just a telephone call away.

We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels. Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week.

Moraira offers an extensive range of shops, banks, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance of the villa. So there is no need to drive if you want to enjoy a few glasses of the local sangria!!! Don't forget the new drink drive laws.....

The villa is in such a prime central location, that if you should not wish to drive on your Spanish vacation driving is not a necessity, Taxis are readily available at the airport, (Alicante to Moraira Approx 75 euros) Moraira has several hire car companies, offering hire from a day to a week if you do wish to venture out for the day.

The quoted prices are for the rental of the whole villa to accommodate up to six people, the exception being the low season when partial occupancy is available.

The price includes reasonable use of gas water and electricity; gas central heating is available in winter. A discount is available for long winter lets.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the villa, we also cannot accommodate any animals.

We ask for the villa to be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
