Casa Deva is a four bedroom luxury villa maintained to the highest standard, in a private and secluded setting. Here you can relax, overlooking the pool with fabulous views over the valley and mountains. The beautiful town of Moraira is only 10 minutes walking distance away. Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hours drive away.

The two storey villa is perfect for a large group or two families sharing. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom and private sun terrace. The lower level also has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Double doors open onto the large sun terracing from the double bedroom, breakfast room and naya (open conservatory). Outside there is an extendable table seating 8 for those al fresco meals. There are two large wall mounted fold out sun blinds, plus a parasol for shade.
The air conditioned lounge has space for you to unwind and relax, making use of the DVD/CD player and satellite TV. There is a large selection of DVD's and CD's for adults and children alike, plus our growing library of books for a good holiday read.
The main level contains a well stocked kitchen, breakfast room, comfortable lounge, dining room, naya and utility. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly require on holiday, even an extra fridge just for drinks!
The floodlit pool has roman steps and there are 8 sun loungers for the serious sun worshipper. In the winter months the pool is heated to 27° and the villa has gas central heating. There is a patio heater on the sun terrace to take the chill off the evening air and extra blankets to keep you snug.
There is an extensive landscaped garden containing the barbecue patio and dining area. Nestling beneath the pine trees this area has proved tremendously popular with guests. It catches the early morning sun, provides shade throughout the day and it is the ideal place to sit and watch the evening sun disappearing over the mountains.
