Villa Mimosa, Moraira

Just a few summer weeks available in this much sought after villa.

Built in 2000 and set in a delightful walled garden. Situated in a quiet area yet 200 metres to the nearest bar and a comfortable one kilometre walk to the pretty Platgetes beach. The delightful centre of Moraira with its many restaurants, shops and marina is a short stroll beyond.

Villa Mimosa’s situation is particularly convenient for Moraira’s Friday market. A one kilometre stroll will bring you to one entrance of this bustling Spanish market. You will be amazed at the various kinds of merchandise on sale and you may even pick up a bargain!

A short drive inland (details in your welcome pack) will take you to the spectacular scenery of the Costa Blanca and to attractive Spanish villages hidden high up in the mountains. Here the restaurants can be even less expensive than those found in Moraira.

Moraira is described as the most attractive fishing village on the Costa Blanca and its location makes it such a convenient place from which to visit the next most attractive towns in the area. Javea and Denia to the North or Calpe and Altea to the South. The fascinating Jalon Valley with its cask-lined bodegas for wine sampling is to the West.. About half an hour’s drive to the South will bring you to Benidorm with its choice of theme parks. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the most recent, Terra Natura.

The Villa

Villa Mimosa’s covered terrace (Naya) is a particularly attractive feature. It is equipped with a large table and chairs for outdoor living and for eating alfresco. Overlooking the pool and poolside sunbathing area it has distant views across Moraira to Cap Dor with its ancient watch tower.

Inside, the villa is much more spacious than most. There is an attractive dining alcove off the spacious living room. A large selection of novels are available for poolside reading. There is Sky TV with video and DVD and a CD player.

The separate kitchen, is fully equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer plus an extra fridge for those cooling drinks. The separate laundry room has a washing machine plus an iron and ironing board, although ironing may not be a holiday priority!

The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom whilst the two twin bedrooms share a shower room containing shower, w.c., bidet and wash basin. All the bedrooms are of a good size with comfortable beds and have ceiling fans. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

upressus, colourful oleanders and hibiscus surround the eight metre long pool affording privacy for sun bathing and swimming. A variety of Mediterranean plants and trees elsewhere contribute to an exotic atmosphere. Night scented Dame de la noche, jasmine and datura add to the perfume after dark. The citrus trees in the rear garden may provide you with a freshly picked lemon for your G & T. The barbecue is conveniently on the lower pool terrace where there are six sun loungers for acquiring that golden tan.

These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels. Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week.
