Welcome to Villa Thorp, a modern villa situated in a quiet area with beautiful views.  Walking distance (less than one kilometer) to the beach, the delightful centre of Moraira with its many restaurants, shops and marina is a short stroll beyond.


Moraira is described as the most attractive fishing village on the Costa Blanca and its location makes it such a convenient place from which to visit the next most attractive towns in the area. Javea and Denia to the North or Calpe and Altea to the South. The fascinating Jalon Valley with its cask-lined bodegas for wine sampling is to the West.. About half an hour’s drive to the South will bring you to Benidorm with its choice of theme parks. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the most recent, Terra Natura.

Villa Thorp

On arrival at Villa Thorp just a few steps take you up to a large pool terrace and the private swimming  pool. Relax and unwind on the sun loungers, enjoy the lovely open view.

Steps take you up to the naya and villa entance.  This is the ideal place for al-fresco dining and to observe the morning sun rise.

Inside the villa is a light and spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, coffee tables, TV for use with DVD player only (no English Channels).

American style modern kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the garage.

The hallway leads to the three airconditioned bedrooms - The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, also from this bedroom there are doors leading onto the covered naya. 

The two further bedrooms are both twin bedded.  All three of the bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers.  Main bathroom with shower.

The above costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and water.

Booking Details

Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 6 people) in pounds sterling, payment may be in Euros at an agreed exchange rate. On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance and a refundable security bond of £150 is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

Arrival/Departure

The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.

Linen/Towels

Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change. The property is cleaned at changeover.
